How it works
Getting a Singapore document accepted abroad follows a set order. Here is what you do, what we do and what you receive at each stage, from your first message to the legalised document in your hands.
Your route
Before anything is stamped, these answers tell us which path your document takes. We work them out with you from a single scan.
Apostille Convention countries accept an SAL apostille. Other countries need embassy legalisation after SAL.
Singapore government records usually go straight to SAL. Private papers and copies need our partner Notary Public first.
If the receiving office asks for one, we confirm whether it goes before or after the stamps.
Step by step
Each row shows your part, our part and what you receive. Steps that do not apply to your document, such as the notary or the embassy, are simply skipped.
Before you start
Having these ready lets us confirm your route and price in one reply.
Working to a fixed date? See our urgent document legalisation service.
Send a scan and the destination country. We confirm the route and send your written price before you commit.
